Chapter 115 Tomorrow’s Gathering
Chapter 115 Tomorrow’s Gathering
“Mr. Bask, why didn’t you bring Sarah?”
Anne came over a moment later and was pulled into Ernest’s embrace and placed a peck on her soft
and tender lips.
The two of them snuggled affectionately and the two men looked stupefied at them.
Andrew coughed and looked at them and became lost in his thoughts.
“I’m asking you a question.” Anne reminded Andrew.
He didn’t answer but Ernest whispered something to Anne and Anne’s expression changed and
avoided him.
The three men continued to drink and she had already started a 5v5 game on her phone.
“Oh yes, I’ve something to tell you. That day after you left, Matthew came to look for Sarah.” Ernest
said.
“I know.” Andrew’s men told him.
“I think it’s not so simple, you’d better take note of him,” Ernest advised.
“Did he say anything?”
Ernest pondered and shook his head, “Nothing in particular, he left once he couldn’t find Sarah.”
“Sarah is a rare beauty.” At this moment the other person who was laying on the sofa said.
In a flash, Andrew stretched out his leg and stepped on his shirt and it left an imprint.
He yelled, “Fuck you, Andrew, pay me for this shirt! This shirt cost me eight thousand yuan! Go on! Pay
up!”
No one bothered with him.
“After you left, Emily cried bitterly.” Ernest continued calmly, “As Anne and I left the hotel, we saw her
squatting at a corner.”
Andrew was sullen and speechless.
Ernest squinted and asked curiously, “I recall the last time we drank, I didn’t hear that she went to S
City. How was it that after you arrived, she turned up soon after.”
Andrew glared at him.
“I’m curious, just wondering only.” Ernest laughed awkwardly.
“I’m not accusing you but just say what’s on your mind, it’s better if you don’t beat around the bush.”
“That’s all, I’ve said what I wanted.”
It looked like Ernest didn’t have anything else to say. After another drink, he walked over to his
girlfriend.
“Can you help me? My skills are too poor, ah ah ah. He scolded me that I’m a noobie.”
“Scold him back. Wait for me to go online and I’ll give you his head.”
“That’s great.”
A distance away, Andrew saw Anne’s head resting on Ernest’s thigh and happily kicking her feet. Both
of them were looking at their cell phones. Gaming?
He didn’t know that game they were playing and he didn’t even understand those games.
His cell phone rang, “Hello?”
“Andrew? Come out for a drink, I have something to discuss with you.”
He could hear the sound from the phone in a few steps.
Emily pulled open the door and saw Andrew sitting inside drinking solemnly, without a care in the world.
And that couple was forever clung together with their heads together and suddenly they shouted
together, “Penta Kill!”
“Ernest, you’re too cool! Ooh ah ooh ah ooh ah…”
She hugged him and can’t stop kissing him! He killed all the players.
Emily wasn’t interested in them, she sat beside Andrew as soon as she entered.
“What’s the matter?”
The man asked before she could say anything.
“Tomorrow there’s a student’s gathering and the class leader asked me to tally the numbers and that’s
why I’m here to ask you. Let’s all go, Ernest, Eric, all must go.”
“Then you still ask me?”
Emily laughed, tonight she did the smokey eyes makeup style and was as pretty as ever. “Because I
wanted to hear your opinion, after all, you are already married. What about Sarah? Are you bringing
her?”
She inadvertently asked, but that was the most important portion.
In fact, she was waiting for the answer to that question.
Andrew didn’t answer immediately and neither nodded nor shook his head. He took a sip of the wine
and his lips were slightly scarlet.
“How come you have the time to come out for a drink? You don’t come here often.”
“I just thought of coming,” Andrew replied.
Emily looked as if she was thirsty and drank a big glass of wine. Thereafter she took Andrew’s glass
and asked, “Do you still want it?”
He didn’t answer.
She drank it in a gulp. She started to feel tipsy.
“Andrew, are you going to take Sarah? I need to tell the class leader for him to make reservations.”
Andrew could hear the motive within the question, “Okay, I’ll ask her for her opinion.”
He turned and wanted to stand up.
“You’re leaving? Was I wrong in asking the question just now?”
Emily stopped him, her eyes were so warm and tender and looked dazed due to the wine.
“Since we’ve finished the wine, it’s time to go home.”
His feet shifted and Emily held onto his hand, “Don’t go.”
Due to his leather shoes, he kicked the table as he lifted his leg. The table shook and the bottles and
glasses knocked against each other, creating a loud sound that attracted the attention of those around.
Just as they looked over, Emily’s hand was holding onto Andrew’s hand.
“Stop it, Emily.”
A few seconds later, Emily released his hand and backed off. She covered her face with both of her
hands and fell silent.
All of them looked silently and didn’t step forward.
Anne was held back by Ernest and struggled to keep her from speaking. She almost threw down her
phone to rush forward. At least Ernest was strong and held her back, “How about we just observe by
the side, okay?”
Her mouth was covered and could only observe!
“Are you drunk?” Andrew saw that Emily wasn’t herself and her body was swaying.
“No, I’m not drunk.” Emily shook her head in denial.
“I’ll send you back.” Andrew saw her hesitating and guided her to an empty spot on the sofa.
In that moment, Emily pushed him away, “No need, I’ll go home by myself. Go back and ask her,
understand? Whether she is going?”
“I’ll send you.” He said firmly.
He saw her stumbling as she walked, Andrew immediately carried her up, “You can’t move now, can
you?”
“Andrew, don’t carry me. I can go back on my own.” Published by Nôv'elD/rama.Org.
“I don’t wish to carry you. I’ll send you back now.”
