"The first time Mrs. Gray opened an account with us, her funds were worth a Gold credit card. However, over the years that no one had come to claim it, the funds she kept were increasing and we usually received depositing alerts which were from the profit of the investment Mrs Gray had invested into. Currently the funds in the account shouldn't be worth Gold credit card anymore but we couldn't upgrade it because no one had come to claim it yet until now. This is the reason why I had invited you, so we are going to have to upgrade the account using your own information now to a VIP account which would be more secure for the funds in your account and more suitable for your standard." Nancy patiently explained properly to Rose.

Nancy waved her hand at her secretary standing behind her to come closer before turning to look at Rose again. "I assure you that this process won't take much of your time." She said to Rose as her secretary placed a biometric scanning device on the table. Normally, this was the bank attendees duty and she wouldn't have concerned herself with all the bothersome process if it was another client. However she had to see through everything personally because the account was placed under her management and she wouldn't want any problem to arise with it. Besides, she was also trying to do this personally in order to satisfy Rose with her service.

"Ma, please can you place your fingers here?" The secretary politely asked Rose, gesturing to the biometric device sensor scanner in order to get her fingerprint scanned. Initially, she didn't understand why her boss- Nancy was being so kind to Rose. However, her job was to comply with orders and not questions about them.

Rose nodded her head and followed the secretary's instructions before placing her hand on the scanner.

"Please, input your password." The secretary said after the biometric scanner let out a 'beep' sound indicating that it had successfully scanned Rose's finger.

Rose followed her instructions again without any complaints.

After she was done with that, the secretary left with the biometric device and returned again with another device.

"Miss Gray, I would like to scan your eyes now." She requested.

Rose didn't protest and moved her face closer to the device and aligned her eyes to the sensor.

"Thank you for your cooperation." The secretary bowed, turned around and left the room.

"Now that your fingerprints have been scanned, you will be assigned a special vault that won't be accessible to anyone without your fingerprint, eyes scan and recently updated password. And all your current funds and assets would be shifted to the vault as well without delay. However, before that I need you to sign this form to change your account details as well." Nancy, who had silently supervised the entire procedure, informed Rose and brought a form before passing it over to Rose.

"I understand." Rose nodded her head and grabbed a pen to fill the form.

"Rose, since we are changing and upgrading your bank account, we would also change your credit card as well. However, you are also obligated to customize your credit card if you don't want to use our bank's credit card. The customized credit card would be exclusively yours alone." Nancy informed Rose again as she picked the form from the table.

"I can do that?" Rose asked, a bit surprised. She still doesn't know the amount she had in her account. All she knew according to Nancy's report was that it's a lot of money.

"Of course." Nancy nodded her head.

"Okay, then I guess I would like to customize my personal credit card." Rose finally chose to customize her own credit card.

"Great choice. So how would you like to customize it?" Nancy asked.

"Nothing really special. I would just love to have a rose logo on my card. I don't mind if the color is the same as the bank's real cards though." Rose casually said. She remembers her mother always using a rose logo e everything she does something and when she asked her mother why. The response she got from her mother was that Ruby likes using roses because it always reminds her of daughters name.

So right now, she was using the rose logo not only because it's her name but it would also remind her of her mother as well.

"Alright, in that case you have to come back tomorrow to collect the card." Nancy said.

"I will after closing from school. But can I still use this credit card with me?" Rose asked.

"Actually no, since you've already upgraded the account. However, we can provide you with some cash in case you need some money before you collect your card tomorrow." Nancy suggested.

Rose nodded her head at Nancy before speaking. "Okay, I guess that would do."

"I will have my secretary do that. How much would you like to withdraw?" Nancy asked as she was about to call her secretary and tell her what to do.

"I don't think having a huge amount of money with me would do me any favor, so let's just start off with fifty thousand dollars." Rose said. She still has the other gold credit card with her which she can use if she needs more money. Nancy nodded her head at Rose's words, finding it very reasonable before she called her secretary and informed her.

The room became awkwardly quiet as no one among the two women said anything, not until Nancy broke the awkward atmosphere.

"May I ask why you just activated this account after years?" Nancy asked, she was curious to know the reason why Rose had abandoned this account for years until now.

"Ah, that. Initially I wasn't aware of my mother's bank account until a few days ago when I just arrived back in the country. I came across this credit card two days ago but 'l have no good reason to use it not until today when I went shopping."

Rose calmly replied.

"I see." Nancy nodded her head, also catching on the fact that Rose just arrived. It must have been one of the reasons why the account was abandoned all these years.

Just then the door opened and the secretary walked into the office with a brown envelope in her hand which she handed over to Nancy.

"Thank you." Nancy nodded at her assistant who bowed and left the office again.

Nancy stretched her hand forward to Rose. " Here is the money, Rose." She said,

"Thank you, sister Nancy." Rose smiled at Nancy who froze at Rose's smile. She had been staring at Rose thinking she was too beautiful for her age, however, the smile actually froze her brain as the only thing she could see was Rose's smile.

"You are so beautiful when she smiles. However, if you smile like that in public, people might actually want to kidnap you." Nancy blurted out before she realized what she said.

"Oh my, I'm sorry for that. I didn't -" Before Nancy could finish her words, Rose burst into a fit of laughter seeing how flustered Nancy was.
