Love on the Fast Track

Chapter 1424

Chapter 1424:

The happiness she felt seemed to glow from within, lifting the spirits of everyone around her.

By the time Norah woke up, the styling team was already bustling about, busy with the bridesmaids’ makeup.

Norah’s chosen bridesmaids were Alice, Joanna, and Yolande.

Susanna had insisted on joining as well, and though it was a bit unconventional for the groom’s sister to be a bridesmaid, her charm won over both families, and they happily agreed.

“Norah, stop daydreaming! Grab some breakfast and let them start your makeup. The groom and his group will be here soon!”

Understanding the urgency, Norah quickly ate and then sat before the makeup mirror, ready to let the team work their magic.

The photographer was already in action, snapping candid shots of the morning’s preparations.

Once her makeup was complete, the hairstylist began to work, pinning her hair into an elegant updo that showcased her graceful neckline. Diamond and pearl accessories sparkled in her hair, giving her a look that was equal parts gentle and regal.

Before she changed into her wedding dress, Norah and her bridesmaids posed for a series of photos in their matching morning robes.

Her wedding dress, carefully designed, was a true masterpiece. The flowing fabric shimmered softly in the light, while delicate tassels framed the waist, adding a touch of elegance.

In the soft, natural light, Norah looked like a vision, breathtaking, like a flower in full bloom.

Bernice watched her daughter with teary eyes. Having only reunited with Norah a year ago, it felt almost surreal to already see her as a bride. A bittersweet ache tugged at her heart.

Turning away to discreetly wipe her tears, Bernice reminded herself that this was a day of celebration. Thankfully, the Scott family lived nearby in Glophia, so Norah would always be close enough to visit, Roseanne noticed and gave Bernice a gentle pat on the back. “Auntie, careful now. You don’t want to smudge your makeup.”

Due to certain complications, only three younger members of the Frazier family were able to attend the wedding.noveldrama

Bernice sighed softly, drying her eyes. “Keep an eye on everything for me today, alright?”

“Got it.”

Meanwhile, Norah patiently posed for picture after picture, wanting the photos to be perfect keepsakes of her special day.

Her bridesmaids, now dressed and looking radiant, surrounded her, their chatter buzzing with excitement.

“The groom and his group are almost here! Where should we hide the shoes?” Susanna asked, holding up a pair of sparkling silver heels studded with rhinestones.

The bridesmaids began debating the best hiding spot for the shoes.

Despite not fully grasping the game, Alice jumped in with enthusiasm.

“How about under the bed?” Alice suggested.
