When I entered, the anger on Zion's face was evident.

I didn't expect Zion to bring up Sylvia.

Whenever I thought of Sylvia, I felt a sense of inexplicable sadness.

"Wait, Hudson, you still haven't convinced her to return to Carzonia? Is she really going to work here?"

Hearing the agitation in his voice, I sighed again.

"She insists on coming, and I can't stop her. I need to see her in the next couple of days. Help me figure out how to deal with her."

I had to see Sylvia soon. If I waited any longer, our relationship would probably fade with time.

Her term started next month, and there was still half a month before then. I couldn't let this situation drag on for that long. The longer the silence was, the weaker the relationship would become.

Hearing my words, Zion rolled his eyes and gave me a lousy suggestion.

"If it were up to me, I would say you should break up with her. I'll introduce you to someone better."

"Why don't you just leave Selena then? If you left her, you wouldn't have so many troubles. You wouldn't have to bow and beg or even deal with me..."
