In Dustin's room in the Lotus Sect, Tyler was pouring Dustin some tea.

Meanwhile, Anson bowed before Dustin on one side.

Even though he had just lost a hand, he looked unaffected. He just stood there and waited for Dustin to punish him.

Dustin took a sip of his tea before glancing at Anson.

"I will forgive you this time. However, if you dare to act unreasonably again, I will kill you," Dustin said evenly.

"Thank you, sir. I guarantee that this will never happen again!" Anson quickly bowed to Dustin in thanks.

Dustin looked at Tyler.

Tyler understood what he was saying. He brought a box forward and presented it to Anson.

Anson accepted it with one hand and looked into it. Inside the box was the hand that he had chopped off a while ago.

Besides that, there was a small ceramic bottle inside.

"Once you take the medication in the bottle, your palm can be reattached. It will function as normally as it had before being cut off," Dustin said calmly.

"Thank you, Martial League Leader!" Anson was immensely grateful.

"Don't call me that. When did I become the leader of the Martial League?" Dustin frowned.

"M-Mr. Fox, is it possible that you don't understand what the Martial League's Supreme Token represents?" Anson looked doubtful.

"I may be overstepping here, but could I ask where you got the Martial League's Supreme Token?"

"An old man traveling the world gave it to me," Dustin said.

He had been with his adopted father, Lucas, for many years. Some of Lucas's friends would occasionally visit and stay at the Wyatt family villa for a while.

Those were very good friends who did not bother with such things as age or generation.

They were not ordinary people and took great care of Dustin. They even taught him a lot of skills.

Just as they left, they would give Dustin several gifts. This included the Martial League's Supreme Token.

Come to think of it, that old man must have been the leader of the Martial League.

"When I return to Central Harbor, I will inform the Elder Council and have them organize an ascension ceremony for you. We will announce your ascension to the position of the leader of the Martial League

Dustin frowned and shook his head.

"We'll talk about me becoming the leader of the Martial League at a later date. I'm

not in the mood for that now," Dustin said darkly.

The position of leader of the Martial League was a very high and mighty one. Yet, it also represented a lot of responsibility.

It was not like being the leader of Star Tower, where he was not needed to handle its affairs.

Once he accepted the role, he would have to lead the Martial League back into glory and uphold justice and all that drivel. It was a lot of work.

It was better to keep dragging things out and use the privileges of the role for the time being. Afterward, he would find some random person to pass on the Martial League's Supreme Token to. Someone else

could be the Martial League's leader.

If Anson knew what Dustin was thinking at the moment, he would surely be flabbergasted.

The succession of the Martial League's leadership could hardly be taken so lightly.

“Martial League Leader, it seems like you have a deep grudge against Lord Barbenheim. His private army is gathered beyond the gates of the Lotus Sect. Do you want me to pass the news up the chain to help you deal with this situation?" Anson asked.
