Sean was Nadine's weakness. Nadine would give in for the sake of him no matter how tough she was. Brad knew Nadine had a soft spot for Sean. Hence, he had planned early on how to deal with her.

He understood that it was despicable to do something like this to a woman. Yet, this was the most simple and effective plan he could think of. As long as Brad had Sean, would Nadine dare not to look back?

All Brad had to do was to bring him back to Phoenix Villa, and Nadine would return home. How would he fear Nadine not coming home when he had his trump card-Sean?

This plan was indeed despicable, but it was effective! But first, he had to control his "hostage".

Brad suppressed Sean's writhing body. His face sank as he scowled at Sean menacingly. "Move some more and I'll throw you out of the car!"

Sure enough, Brad's threats worked. Sean stopped crying and screaming. Sean eventually fell silent as he glared at Brad with resentment, looking wronged.

Brad recalled promising Sean some ice cream while he was coaxing him.

Sean agreed without hesitation. After some gentle persuasion, he was no longer upset or angry. Sean even inched closer to Brad and said coquettishly, "Okay! I want you to bring me skiing!"

It would be the school holidays soon. Keira had mentioned that her parents had booked a flight for their trip. They would visit Snow World and go skiing.

Keira had really wanted Sean to go with her. These days, she had been chattering non-stop to him about various fun activities.

Sean thought that it was a great idea and looked forward to it. He had considered telling Nadine but didn't expect Brad to mention it first.

Sean was unsure he didn't know if Brad would agree to his request. He only wanted to give it a shot and voice out his request. He had never expected Brad's consent.

Unexpectedly, Brad agreed without hesitation. "Sure! I'll take you there! But you have to listen to me today. Understood?"

Still in shock, Sean nodded and made another request. "I want to bring Mommy along too!"

Brad turned his head and glared at Sean. "Do you think I'll bring you there by myself?"

Having received an affirmative answer, Sean clapped his hands in joy. "Fine, fine. I'll listen to you from now on, okay?"

The car sped off, and Nadine couldn't be seen anymore.

Calm and composed, Brad sat in the passenger seat, scrolling through data spreadsheets on his iPad. Once in a while, he would take his phone out and make calculations

On the other hand, Sean became extremely obedient after getting what he wanted. He took out his toys from his backpack and played by himself.
