Chapter 50
“You!”
“Mrs. Pascall, it’s not right for you to support your child hitting others. How can you think that’s okay?” Ms. Garner disagreed.
“Who asked for your opinion?” Nydia swept a cold glare, her eyes like sharp knives that didn’t draw blood but made people shiver.
Ms. Garner was instantly speechless and dared not say another word.
“Nydia, since you think hitting people is okay, let me help my son get revenge by hitting your son!”
“It’s your son who’s being a jerk. If your son dares to hit mine, I don’t mind letting them fight it out themselves. If you can’t handle it, we can just argue. How about that?”
Mrs. Quinn was furious again. She knew her son might not be able to beat Tavish, even though he was two years older. But how could she stand this humiliation?
“Danny, go and hit him for revenge. Do whatever it takes. If anything happens, Mom will take the blame!” She couldn’t afford to lose disgrace.
Danny obviously didn’t expect things to turn out like this. He had played and fought with Tavish before, but had resorted to verbal taunts because he couldn’t beat him physically.
“Your son seems to be scared,” Nydia taunted.
“Go quickly! You’re six years old and can’t beat someone who’s four years old?” This made it even more embarrassing.
“…” It was a downright insult.
Ms. Stone felt that this couldn’t go on and spoke up to defuse the situation.
“Ladies, I think it would be better to resolve this peacefully. It’s not right for children to hit or curse at each other. How about both sides apologize?”
These were families that couldn’t be trifled with, and as teachers, they were in a difficult position.
“Apologize just because my son was beaten up? My son was injured like this!”
“What do you want then? Your son doesn’t seem to dare to fight back.”
“…” Danny took a deep breath. “Mom, I can do it!”
“Good job!” Mrs. Quinn suddenly became happy. “Let’s make a deal then, let the two kids fight, whoever admits defeat, we’ll stop. How about it?”
“Are you sure?” Nydia kindly reminded her. She understood Tavish’s fighting ability very well.
“Of course, I’m sure!” Mrs. Quinn’s heart was pounding, but she still said it with a stiff upper lip.
“Okay.”
Nydia squatted down and said to Tavish, “Just let go and fight. If anything happens, Mommy will take care of it. But if he admits defeat, you should stop.”
“I got it.” Tavish’s little face was tight, and no one knew what he was thinking.
The two children stood face to face. Danny was taller and slightly larger in size than Tavish.
Everyone looked at them with some concern. After all, it wouldn’t be good if either child got hurt.
“Mommy, can I swear when my brother fights?” Molly asked seriously.
“What?” Nydia was stunned. What was this?
“He swore earlier, right? Now he’s fighting for revenge with brother, but we haven’t taken revenge for the swearing. I have to swear back.”Content provided by NôvelDrama.Org.
Molly said with a serious face.
She and Tavish had been learning a lot of things since they were two years old. Now, at the age of four, they knew quite a lot, and their language skills were not inferior to those of adults.
“Okay, as long as you’re happy.”
Is this the power of twins? Amazing!
One fights, one swears?
