Hepburn, momentarily surprised, then asked cautiously, "Your Majesty, are you suggesting that there might be an informant leaking your information, causing the Four Emperors to reconsider their departure?" "Although you and Colin have been diligent in handling my affairs, there are others who are aware of my injury, such as certain doctors. Despite their loyalty, there is no guarantee that they couldn't be coerced or enticed into divulging information."
