Sweet Mischief’s Rollercoaster Romance

Andre was busy trying to wrangle the ever-mischievous Kittemia.

Back at the hotel, he pointed at his wife and exclaimed, "Mia!"

"Honey, I love you," she replied.

Andre was floored, regretting he'd ever fallen for Mia's cat shenanigans the previous day.

"I love you too," he managed to say, though he was about to scold her when Mia interrupted, "If you love me, give me a hug."

Andre was left speechless once more.

Little Henry, the troublemaker, looked up with his adorably wide eyes at his parents. Watching dad get mad at mom was far more entertaining than causing mischief himself.

Andre sat at the end of the bed, grumbling, "Come over here into my arms."

Mia climbed onto his lap, wrapping her arms around his neck. "Honey, you can't criticize me in front of Henry. Otherwise, he'll grow up not respecting his mom."

Andre glanced at the little rascal, then wrapped one arm around Mia's waist and the other under her legs, lifting her in a bridal carry onto the bed.

Then, he scooped up Henry with one hand, slung him over his shoulder, and took him outside to his grandfather.

Mia quickly called Leo, "Hurry up and send me the analysis data from The Silent Ring we talked about."

"What for?" Leo asked.

"Just send it quick, or your uncle is going to kill me," Mia replied, sounding panicked.

"My uncle's going to kill you?" Leo caught on.

"Yeah, hurry up!"

"...Alright, I'll send it soon."

After hanging up, Leo turned off his phone and wrapped his arm around his binge-watching girlfriend. "Babe, it's too hot. How about we escape to the mountains to cool off?

"Sure!" Anya agreed, her innocence shining through.

Mia opened the bedroom door, facing her husband's furious gaze with her hands behind her back. "Honey, just asked Leo for those analysis files. He said he'd send them soon, just give it a minute, and I have proof."

Andre entered with a scowl, closing and locking the door behind him.

Mia's heart raced.

“Honey, just, just, wait five more minutes. You know how slow international internet can be," she said, retreating as Andre advanced.

In the peaceful Havenbrook neighborhood, Leo turned off his phone and shut his laptop, then went back to pack for his vacation.

Cornered by her husband, Mia wished Henry was there to interrupt.

Andre gently pinched her cheek, making her lips pout, and unable to contain his frustration, he gave her a kiss as a playful punishment.

Meanwhile, Henry was in his grandfather's room, and his presence meant anything he could lift or reach was tucked safely away by the servants.

Hansen was still on the phone with his old friend Seth. It was rare for the elderly to make such a trip, and with so many guests around, the two hadn't had a proper catch-up. They planned to meet again tomorrow. "I really need to thank Mrs. Cedillo properly."
