Taming The Casanova

Chapter 33

Chapter 33

Sahil's POV

" The decision is yours... If you want to spend the rest of your life like this, then go and celebrate as she

has set you free... And if you want a better life then go and stop her. " he said and I came out of the

office.

I drove very fast and reached home. I wanted to talk to her, I wanted to give this marriage a try and

apologize.

" Where is Manu? " I rushed inside and asked Swati the moment I saw her.

" What happened Bhai?? Are you alright? "

" Where is Manu? " Exclusive © content by N(ô)ve/l/Drama.Org.

" She is gone... " she said with a long face.

" Gone ?? Already?? " my heart skipped a beat.

" Yeah, with Vikram Bhai... What happened? " she was looking at me with surprise.

" Nothing... " I said and came back to my room.

I still had those damn papers she signed in my hand.

I got those papers made with the help of Samar. He denied to do that and tried to put some sense into

me but as I was very upset all the time and immersed my self in liquor, he finally agreed.

I still remember the day, when my dad took me to the hospital after he threatened me that he would

make Sagar marry her. He had already suffered a lot on my account so I gave in and said that if one of

the sons has to marry, it would be me.

I saw a meek and boring girl standing in the corner and sobbing.

That day, along with the marriage his father also gave me the rights of their business. I was an equal

partner in their business provided we were to remain married for at least 2 years. My father had

arranged a special license and we got married in front of a magistrate.

I opened the papers once again and looked at them. I saw her signatures, they were as simple and

elegant as she was.

Divorce papers said that I didn't want to continue with this marriage between me and Manyata Singh

Rathore.

I told her that she gets to keep all her property and I would not have any right or say in that. I

surrendered all my rights on her property.

I wanted her to keep this marriage a secret. No one should get to know that we are or were married.

I wanted her to stay away and live her life as she wanted and I would love as I want. We were not

supposed to interfere in other's life

I even offered her 5 crores and 30% of my property as alimony, provided that she signs the papers with

mutual consent.

There were many other legal clauses regarding properties.

I had sent another letter to her along with divorce papers.

Ms Manyata,

I am sending divorce papers to you kindly read them carefully and please sign them.

That day I was under the pressure and agreed to marry but now I have decided that I don't want to

spend my whole life with a brainless and spineless girl who couldn't even utter a word in front of her

parents.

Look at yourself and then at me, I am Sahil Malhotra, every girl's dream man... And you don't even

have a fashion bone in your body. I didn't even give you a second look.

I suggest that you should groom yourself, at least some idiot fellow might fall in your trap.

It's not my fault that you can't find an eligible candidate who could marry you and look after your

business for your dad as he is getting old and his only daughter is good for nothing.

You are nothing but just a burden on your dad which he gave to me along with his business. But let me

make this very clear, I don't want to bare this burden and your family business. I don't need anything

from you except your signatures on the divorce papers.

So please have mercy on me and sign the papers and find some other foolish man for yourself and If

you are not even capable of that, let me know, I will try to find one for you.

Thanks

Sahil Malhotra.

I closed my eyes in shame. I repented every single word written in the letter. It was too harsh. I was just

too angry when I wrote that and wanted to infuriate her so that she reacts to it. I did not know anything

about her.

I was so embarrassed that I could not even look at myself in the mirror.

All those times when she saw me with other girls, I was married to her, she was my legally wedded

wife. My wife?? Manu ??

Oh god!! How she must have felt when she saw me with Raima in the club?? How she must have felt

when Raima tried to show that we were together and had a sexual relationship.

She never said a word, she even took care of me and made me eat food when no one was talking to

me.

That's why Sagar and Damini were so tensed and uncomfortable with Raima saying all that in front of

Manu... I mean Manyata.

I am so foolish... She doesn't deserve me. Sagar finished the work and came home he came to my

room.

I was still sitting with those papers in my hand. He shook me and I looked at him.

" It's ok... Take it easy... She has gone to Delhi only. Go there. " Sagar said.

" I can't... She hates me. She said that I am the most disgusting man she has ever met. She hates me.

I said all those things to her... I don't deserve her... She hates me... "

" Are you idiot? She must have said that in a fit of anger. She doesn't hate you. She is so sweet she

can not hate anyone. She is your wife Sahil. You can't let her go... "

" I am definitely an idiot, she is very sweet... She hates me Bhai... She even signed the divorce

papers... if only I knew earlier... She does not even want to spend an hour with me."

" People say thing which they don't mean when they are angry... It doesn't mean that she literally hates

you. "

" You don't know... I said so many disgusting things. And she seems to be in love with Mohit. "

" No, she is not, I know she is not. That man speaks like that... He said he loves her in front of me too

and she scolded him and told him to stop flirting."

" No, I heard her saying that.. and she hates me.. "

"Ok then spend rest of your life like this, thinking that she hates you. File those papers and divorce her.

Go back to your 200+ girlfriends, who don't even know how to behave in a family. Whatever that girl did

in the club was so disgusting. "

"Hmmm, I am sorry for that. "

" Leave that... Sahil listen to me, She is still your wife. How can you let her go like that? "

" She wanted to go... She doesn't want to spend her life even an hour with me... So let it be... "

" Ok fine... Sign the papers and file them. Let both of you be free of this unwanted marriage. Dad and I

will find a good guy for her. Someone who would appreciate her and love her like anything. She

deserves a good loyal husband who has eyes only for her. Did you say, that she loves that guy Mohit??

Ok fine, he seems to be a good guy... Handsome, smart, well settled, very successful. A good choice.

They will look good together. Don't you think? " Sagar said and I clenched my fist. But it was of no use.

" I don't know... "

" Hey sign the papers... C'mon Sahil... I don't have the whole day. My friends are waiting for me. I have

to go and pack for my honeymoon too. You just sign them. I will call Samar, he will file them. Let's get it

over with so that everything goes back to normal. "

" Yeah... "

" I will be back in an hour, please sign the papers. "

He went out leaving me to sign on the papers, which I was waiting desperately to sign. But now I was

not so sure.
