The Girlboss Begs for Remarriage

Chapter 2460

"Dream on!"

Unlike the rest, Jojo was an agent of justice, and it was only natural that she sided with Frank and Jada for saving her life!

Incensed, the drunkard snapped, "You asked for it, brat!"

He raised his fist, ready for a spring, but was instead sent flying in an instant!

Everyone around was shocked.

What just happened-divine intervention?!

While they were left confused, the drunkard's friends were sent flying, groaning in agony and screaming about being haunted as they landed.

Jada chuckled. "Leave it to Mr. Frankton to have fun. Most people wouldn't have come up with something like this."

As for the others, they had no idea what was happening, unlike Jada.

Hearing that the place was haunted and having seen how those people were sent flying for no reason, they all started to flee.

Even Jojo's parents lost composure, scooping Jojo up and fleeing without telling Frank.

Soon enough, Frank's group left, and Alda came up to him, smirking. "That was on purpose, right?"

Frank smiled in wry amusement. "I was just trying to scare off those drunks. I didn't expect everyone else to run too."

Alda was not blaming him anyway. "Well, it's fine that they're gone-we can now enjoy ourselves properly. Girls, let's have some fun!"

Everyone cheered.

Two hours later, as everyone else headed to the homestay, Frank flew halfway up the mountain as he had agreed with the priest.

The person in question was seated on the ground in meditation, with several white-haired geezers with a sagely presence standing around her. While they appeared normal from a distance, one could see their flashing eyes from up close that there was something special about them!

"Is he really coming?"

"Who knows? Let's just wait and see!"

"Are you really sure, Your Excellency? It's rare for a person to have a body of evil be righteous in mind."

"When has she ever made a mistake? Cut the chatter and stand in position!" While they were busy talking, a cool draft streaked toward them.

When they composed themselves, Frank had landed and was staring at them coolly.

They were all trading glances in shock.

He could fly!

The priestess gently waved his hand just then, and though the geezers hesitated for a while, they soon attacked Frank consecutively.

Naturally, it was an orchestrated effort as they stood in the shape of the eight trigrams formation, and they always stayed six feet away.

"Apologies!"

That was when Frank stomped his foot viciously on the ground, sending a shockwave that knocked them off their feet, leaving them stunned.

"W-Who are you?"

Frank smiled but said nothing and strode up to the priestess.

"What's your business with me?" she asked, taking off her mask and revealing a face of otherworldly beauty.

And she appeared to be in her twenties!

"Who are you?" she pressed. "I can

sense the evil in you, but I can't peer

Frank took off his ring and passed it to her.

Something seemed to snap in the priestess's mind and she froze

taking the ring, as a frighteninter

image seemed to appear before her eyes.

Both her hands flinched, dropping the ring as Frank chuckled. "That's one of the sources of my power-the spiritron vein!"

"Spiritron vein?"

The priestess frowned, as it was the first time she had heard the term. "What does

it do?"

Frank put the ring back on andnoveldrama

waved, levitating the priestess toward himself. "Incomprehensible things like this! And you're right—it's quite evil!"
