Chapter 3
The feeling of deja Vu washed over me as I opened my eyes to a dark room.
It was just like last time, the pitch black room staring at me,
I tried to ignore the sinking feeling I always get in my stomach, distracting myself so I wouldn't think of the darkness.
What my
ther had done to me as a child still affected me, one of the reasons I hate him.
I pull my hand and luckily this time, It wasnt chained to the bed
To my relief I was taken out of the killer dress and I was wearing tee shirt and shorts, both were twice my size.
I wonder whose clothes these were.
"Glad to see you awake. Silas said and I yelped in surprise, my eyes snapping to where his voice came from. The room was so dark and couldn't find him. "What is it with you and the dark?" Thissed out, struggling to find him.Còntens bel0ngs to Nô(v)elDr/a/ma.Org
He clapped his hands once again and the lights came on immediately.
I found him leaning against the wall with a cigarette stick in hand but it wasn't lit
Was that because I told him I was asthmatic?
"Glad to see you're awake,"
The feeling of deja Vu hasn't been this strong before. Wasn't this the first thing he said yesterday?
"Uncle Silas- I started but he cut me short immediately. "Just Sdas,"
And I was happy to comply.
There seemed to be something wrong about calling your husband uncle, but then there was everything wrong in getting married to your uncle.
I found myself in a weird situation.
"If you think that just because you're my niece I would treat you differently, you're wrong. To me you're nothing more than my enemy's daughter and I would do all it takes to make your life hell,"
My jaw dropped at his words, and 1 struggled to find the right words to speak
"Why do I have to suffer! The beef is between my father and you, it has nothing to do with me!"
I was unable to understand what it had to do with me. And he had carried me while I grew up, how could he think of wanting to destroy my life?
"A child has to pay for his father's sins, Silas stared at me coldly. His face was blank, void of any emotions and I wondered what he was thinking.
How I felt getting married to the man that kidnapped me was better than returning home to my father was wild.
"But you married me, I'm your wif-"
"If you think just because we are married I would acknowledge you as my wife then you are wrong. This marriage is nothing
to me and so are you. Do not expect anything from it and from me,
1 wasn't expecting anything from someone that kidnapped me and forced me to get married to him.
But he shouldn't act like I was the one that begged for this.
There are rules in this house. And I would be adding a new set of rules for you. Don't try to run away, you'd regret it. Don't talk back at my men. Don't talk TO my men. You're not allowed to leave this room, except to get food. No one would be bringing your food to you. You're not a princess. You're to cook your own food yourself. Everything you need that's not of great importance, you do it yourself, "So what am I supposed to do indoors all the time? I can't even leave the roorn."
His cold stare fell on me, but I matched it with a glare.
"Are you forgetting that you're a prisoner? You didn't come here for a vacation. You're not in daddy's little mansion anymore. The sooner you come to terms with your kidnapping, the better for you,"
"I didn't ask to be kidnapped! I didn't ask you to get married to ine, I didn't ask for all these! So why do I have to come to terms with at all?" 1 was unable to control my anger any more and I screamed at him, my nose flaring,
I was tired of them playing with me this way, to my father I'm just a toy. And then Silas suddenly wants to make me an object of revenge.
I wasn't going to let that!
And why would you even want to
even want to get married to me?
"I wouldn't I? Your father would be thrilled to know that I'm married to his precious daughter, a daughter for a daughter."
His words didn't even make sense. No one knew about how my father really treated with, and I wasn't about to start making that known.
Instead I switched to something else.
"You're old enough to be my father," 1 gritted out, staring at him with defiance.
He was clowning to think I was going to sit my ass down and watch him control my life.
Silas stared down at me, a questioning brow coming up. "And best believe I would have you over my knees in a second, spanking the living daylights out of you,"
"I dare you to,"
'T'd be more than happen to,"
We stared at each other silently. My eyes held nothing but fire, glaring at him hard. He stared at me with a cold look, both contrasting with each other.
I couldn't deny that his words stirred something in me, something that I shouldn't be feeling
I wasn't about to come down with Stockholm's syndrome. Not in this life, not ever.
I wouldn't be going from my father, into the hands of someone who seemed to be way worse
"Fuck you" I spat. "A lot have tried, and they always end up deadt
From his words I could tell that he wasn't joking and my blood on cold.

He was just like my father, if not worse.
I had gone from a demon to the devil himself, and I needed to find a way to escape.
